The staff were mostly helpful . I especially appreciated the quick check-in process as I was tired after a long flight. The Executive room was spacious and offered sufficient space for my needs. I also found the housekeeping service to be attentive. They kept the room very tidy .
The gym was quite small and not well-equipped, though I expected more. It had only a few machines and the equipment seemed a bit dated. I also noticed that the all-inclusive package did not include all the restaurants on site, a bit inconvenient. Some of the dining options required extra payment.

christian treated us so well. his service. he always ensured our needs were met. every meal and every moment felt personalized and perfect. the food was AMAZING!!!
the air conditioning was quite loud. it interrupted my sleep. the gym had limited equipment. it had only a few treadmills.

i found the staff very friendly and efficient. the room was always clean and well maintained by sandra, nithish, and ravi. the concierge staff, including amoudu, abdulie, solomon, shyam, and furkan, offered great assistance. i also appreciate the efforts of christian in ensuring guests are seated well for meals.
the parking situation proved inconvenient. i experienced repeated stops by security at the back gate. i received directions to valet parking and then back to self-parking. this caused confusion, and i left without parking.

the hotel is a short walk from emirates palace, approximately five minutes. this proximity allows easy access to a major landmark. its location is quite favorable for exploring.

chef jayson makes delicious omelets, and chef sanal and chef said are amazing. the restaurant provides varied and high-quality dishes for breakfast and lunch. i found the selections plentiful and satisfying.
